Revolt grows after unruly protests.
The Police Commissioner of New South Wales has refused to enforce the state’s vaccine passport mandate, revealing that officers will not be checking people’s vaccination status in restaurants, clubs or bars.
The government is preparing to pass a mandate that will ban all unvaccinated people from gaining entry to numerous venues up until at least December 1st in a repeat of the segregation scheme that has been adopted in numerous western countries.
However, after questions began to swirl about whether businesses would be forced to impose the measures on customers, NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller made it clear that his officers wouldn’t be on patrol.
“The role of police in terms of vaccine passports, we will not be walking through restaurants, cafes and pubs checking if people are double vaccinated,” he said.
“[But] we will certainly be assisting restaurant owners and shop owners if they are refusing entry to someone – we’ll certainly respond to assist those people.”
Health Minister Brad Hazzard asserted that it would be the police’s job to enforce the measures, but that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
Unlike in some countries, businesses won’t face fines if they allow unvaccinated people to enter, rendering the whole scheme rather pointless.
As we previously highlighted, many businesses in France are not enforcing the vaccine passport mandate despite it being the law.
Melbourne has been rocked by unruly protests since the start of last week after a construction workers union demanded employees get the jab or lose their jobs.
After construction workers staged a protest outside union headquarters, the government announced it would be shutting down all work related to industry for two weeks as a punishment.
This led to further clashes between police and demonstrators, with riot cops and special units normally reserved for anti-terror operations unleashed on Aussies.
Meanwhile, New South Wales health chief Dr. Kerry Chant revealed the truth yesterday when she let slip that COVID lockdown measures will remain in place even if people take the vaccine.
I was wondering when the police down under would have enough. I don’t know how they lived with themselves arresting little old ladies and people who just want to be in charge of their own bodies.

The cops intend to help the business owners enforce vaccine passports if they are called.
Businesses that don’t use vaccine passports in Australia will no doubt be fined by the health authorities.
That’s what’s happened in Canada one business lost its liquor license, was fined 60-thousand dollars and prohibited from using its indoor dining room for refusing to enforce vaccine passports.
Covid is nowhere near bad enough to justify the lockdowns and mandates.
The people making these bizarre decisions need to be removed from their positions and re-assigned to jobs where they have no power.

His offense, a viral post which Greg Anderson refused to take down… officers nationwide enforcing tyrannical orders against the people and I’m hoping it’s the minority of officers, but I’m not sure anymore.
We do not get to violate someone’s constitutional rights because somebody in our chain of command tells us otherwise…

The folks in Australia will have to take that on but I honestly want to see some sanctions on Australian officials from the US.
It will have to wait until Trump is POTUS again but yes the Premiers of NSW Gladys Berejiklian and Victoria Daniel Andrews deserve the Russia-China-Iran treatment travel bans to the USA, bank accounts whatever we’ve done to people like Carrie Lam the boss for China in Hong Kong.
Lam had to keep cash in her apartment when the US effectively froze her banking. I guess the US through the SWIFT system can do that to people all over the world.
