BIDEN'S VACCINE MANDATE TO BE ENFORCED BY FINING COMPANIES $70,000 TO $700,000?

President Biden didn't just announce a Covid-19 vaccine mandate on companies employing 100 or more people, he plans to enforce it.

On Saturday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi's House quietly tucked a likely enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion "reconciliation" bill, which passed the Budget Committee, and was sent to the House floor.

Our auditors at OpenTheBooks read the bill. Then, we connected the dots between the following:

Biden's vax mandate announcement The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies The House bill hiking the fines Buried on page 168 of the 2,465 mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that "willfully," "repeatedly," or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines could run as high as $700,000 for willful or repeated violations — within all private companies who have 100+ employees.

If enacted into law, Biden's hardball vaccine enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even faster than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden's announced mandate.

... And there are a lot of moving pieces.

Together, let's hold the political class accountable.

It's your money!

I saw that, too, and those who work from home are out of luck. Darn....2024 cannot come soon enough.

In most cases “wait to get caught” is forever.”

Some companies jumped the gun; I know of a large defense company that is mandating shots by the end of this year.

Announcement came out in the last couple weeks.

Be careful what you wish for; are social security payments and VA compensations “entitlements”?

No doubt—some corporate execs are fanatical pfascists.

They _own_ it...hopefully we get to put them on the dock for future Nuremberg trials for folks killed by short term and long term side effects of the vaxxes.

The FDA's own rules dictate that a medical intervention with less than two years data is to be considered 'experimental'. By definition, the government is forcing the population to participate in a medical experiment.

–“Permissible Medical Experiments.” Trials of War Criminals before the Nuremberg Military Tribunals under Control Council Law No. 10. Nuremberg October 1946 – April 1949, Washington. U.S. Government Printing Office (n.d.), vol. 2., pp. 181-182.

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion, and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity ....from https://www.marshall.edu/ori/nuremberg-code-directives-for-human-experimentation/

There are nine other points. Really scary when you have to invoke Nuremberg...

Test kits won’t be available in the numbers needed, these businesses and employees will lose thousands in productivity or wages…long before the threat of fines becomes reality.

I worked for a company that charged back vendors for non-compliance with their programs. The vendors promptly reduced their advertising and markdown budgets back to the company by the same amount.

Even more companies will refuse government work, at a time when government can't afford to shop in the market, because the firms won't have staff to do the work. It's nothing new; I've watched numerous bid solicitations go unanswered by companies in the industry.

“OK”. But why bother?

Shrink the thing until it is the size it needs to be to be legally smaller than the stated threshold.

If you have say 150 employees and you’re going to try to go to 95 employees plus 55 contractors on a 1099; I guarantee you that you will get those coverted back to being employees out from under you; screwing the 95 people you retained as employees and making them subject to getting coronavirus injections because you tried playing games.

That’s a really bad plan.
