Infrastructure is fine, as long as it is not used to pay for childcare, pre-school, pre-K, head-start, Covid scams, unemployment benefits, etc.
Normal people think of infrastructure as roads, bridges, power lines. The Dems have redefined infrastructure to payback the SEIU and teachers unions. The SEIU manages the Democrat slave plantation.
