BAD NEWS: Working From Home Won't Save You From Biden's Federal Vaccine Mandate

When President Biden issued his edict mandating vaccines for all federal employees and contractors, along with employees in private-sector companies with 100 or more employees, there were a lot of questions about how the order would be implemented. We now know the answers to some of the more pressing questions that have been raised and one thing has become abundantly clear: The Biden administration is using 1984 as an instruction manual.

The White House issued “Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors” on Friday detailing the new vaccination policy. The COVID-19 workplace safety protocols “will apply to all covered contractor employees, including contractor or subcontractor employees in covered contractor workplaces who are not working on a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument.” The goal, according to the guidance, is to “decrease the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.”

Working remotely from home will not save you from the federal vax police.

An individual working on a covered contract from their residence is a covered contractor employee, and must comply with the vaccination requirement for covered contractor employees, even if the employee never works at either a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace during the performance of the contract.

The goal is to get shots in arms, not to protect federal employees in the workplace, which is weird, since the Biden administration is citing an obscure provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations to force vaccines on millions of Americans.

Regardless if the content of Comirnity is the same as the current BioTech Pfizer shot, the current vax is under EUA. I’m of the understanding there will be NO approved (NON-EUA) Comirnity (regardless of content) available for quite a while.

This entire Convid job relies on voluntary compliance, if people just stood up to it it would fall apart in a matter of days. Essentially none of the lockdown/injection measures are enforceable.

The EUA will continue to cover adolescents 12 through 15 years of age and the administration of a third dose to certain immunocompromised individuals 12 years of age and older. Additionally, for logistical reasons, the EUA will continue to cover the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID 19 Vaccine in individuals 16 years of age and older; this use is also now approved.

“Same formulation” does not mean identical. In fact, the fact sheet linked by FDA:

tells recipients they’ll get one or the other. Don’t worry! After all, it’s not like mRNA has a 100% bad track record or that 600k adverse reactions have been reported.

OSHA can implement an online compliance tool and push it out to all companies. A corporate officer would have to verify each employee’s vaccination status, and for those mot vaccinated, why that is.

Pretty easy rollout. After a few nasty letters, the company gets a $5K fine.

No, every case thus far has gone to the employers. It certainly is not a civil right violation, especially in states with at-will employment.

A young daughter of a friend went to a large concert venue in the LA region and said that the young minimum wage monitors could have cared less about the vaccine cards. I suspect it’s that way everywhere. Phony up a facsimile of a card to cover the vendors rear end and have a good time.

Your employer was happy to have Biden assume responsibility for it; now they owe your survivors nothing if you die from the shot.

That was the main reason many private employers weren’t requiring it.

Wrong. Both the FDA and Pfizer have stated that there is no difference between the vaccine used under EUA and Comirnity.

And they were already putting Comirnity on the label prior to full approval. My sister in law is a nurse, and confirmed that the newer vials have the changed labels.
