Sept 26 (Reuters) - Fire broke out in one of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) research centers in the west of Tehran on Sunday evening, state media said. "On Sunday evening a fire broke out in one of the IRGC … research centers in the west of Tehran. Three people were injured and the fire has been contained," Iran state TV quoted a statement from the Guards as saying. No reason was given for the incident.

No reason was given for the fire incident....
My usual guess. Dorky workers were lighting up their daily crack cocaine and one was clumsy and the flame caught the room on fire, starting with the carpeting and a nearby drape.

Sounds more like a shoulder patch on a uniform and some rudimentary knowledge of photoshop and building models out of cardboard for fuzzy out of focus runway and launch pad pictures.
