The term "fully vaccinated" is propaganda and marketing, not science. One is either vaccinated or they are not.

The pharmaceutical korporations and their government lackeys use the term "fully vaccinated" to allow the korporations to avoid successfully testing it beforehand, define what's in every successive future application, what's the correct dosage of every future application, and how many applications are required.

It's outright fraud.
