AUSTIN - Under existing Texas laws, the Secretary of State has the authority to conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit of any election and has already begun the process in Texas’ two largest Democrat counties and two largest Republican counties—Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Collin—for the 2020 election.
We anticipate the Legislature will provide funds for this purpose.

You have made a considerable effort to assist in explaining. Thank you. On what basis do you establish that one county or another is a “mothership?” Is it an a priori assumption, or instead derived from the figures you are posting?

It's derived from the figures I am posting.
You can see in the table above of Harris and its surrounding counties that she's the Big Dog - 300,000 plus more votes for Basement Joe than The Halfrican got.

The last of my kin are now gone from that county. All the old ranchers I've known gone.
All had said they were true Yellow Dogs.

Upon further review, I did not see your last column, which better brings into focus the point you are making. Working from a smartphone on my part has its limits, not to mention old age and a dense mind.

Posts 33, 37, and 39 to my eyes do not include that last column wherein you summarize the difference between election years 2008 and 2020.
It is heartening to know TX is undertaking closer scrutiny in view of 2020. My sense is that Democrat chicanery has wreaked havoc for a long time, and now it is time to check it, if not decades ago.

They're a 40% party - but like #2 Avis, they try (cheat) harder.
