Biden Says Troops Should be DISHONORABLY Discharged if They Disobey Order to Get COVID Vaccine
Daily Mail UK ^ | 9/22/21 | Morgan Phillips

The Pentagon ordered all service members to get vaccinated last month and didn't rule out a court martial for those who don't. More than 800,000 service members out of around 1.4 million still needed to get their shots at the time of the mandate, according to Pentagon data. But during the budget bill's markup under the House Armed Services Committee, an amendment, now section 716, proposed by Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., made its way into the bill that prohibited 'any discharge but honorable' for vaccine refusal. 'I am appalled that the Biden Administration is trying to remove my amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that prevents anything but an honorable discharge for service members who refuse to get the COVID-19 vaccine,' Green said in a statement to DailyMail.com. 'This was a bipartisan amendment — every Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee agreed to it.'

That’s a stretch.
These “vaccines” are most certainly an experiment, normal testing & safety protocols have not been performed. The number of “vaccine” induced side effects & deaths from each of these formulations would have seen the removal of any prior vaccine.
Opinions are fine but downright spin is appalling and delegitimizes the scientific method.

I would consider it an honor to be dishonorably discharged by an illegitimate commander in chief.

Having a dishonorable discharge on your records would be equal to having a past felony.

Good luck getting a good job or even getting credit to buy a house.

That Biden would demand this shows the disdain he has for the military.

according to Military Times, over 1.1 million service members have already been vaccinated, out of 1.3 million total active duty, with 238,000 cases and 46 passed away. There are about 800K reserve forces; the Natl Guard has until june 2022 to get vaccinated but it appears only about 200K active duty still need to meet the vaccination requirement.

The MSM produces spin meant to pressure and drive behavior. The White House has very tight control on the press as evidenced by the documented coordination.

While your clarification is very helpful I think there is just such a spin effort being driven by the White House & party elite, meant to force the troops into line. The ramifications of using lies, obscuration & spin is that no one knows what is true and there is a loss of trust in GV’t. The uncertain and contradictory info also paralyzes Americans which benefits the Globalists.

Xo Xi Dung should be dishonorably discharged from the office he fraudulently occupies.

Officers outside any initial mandatory obligation can pretty much resign when they wish because they’re not under a contract. Enlisted who go from contract to contract cannot resign until the end of their current term of enlistment.

Again, the Biden Administration hasn't said anything about dishonorable discharges. The author got that part of this completely wrong.

There are life-long repercussions to a DD. It's practically a felony conviction.

No one should join the military under this mandate. They will have to start the draft again. If you can retire with benefits leave.

Troops actually in the military will know that dishonorable discharges are not on the table. That's a legal and practical impossibility, and that knowledge will filter down to the troops very quickly.

The people being misled by the article are either 1) civilians who have never served, and therefore don't know about discharges at all, or 2) veterans who didn't read the initial article very closely, or at all.

The real issue is that even administrative discharges can impact your right to VA benefits, etc.. If I were to guess, troops who have not yet completed their first term of enlistment and refuse the vaccine would get some sort of admin discharge. Service members who have completed an initial terms of service would get an honorable because the blowback would be too much otherwise.

DD's just aren't an issue.

Military officers swear an oath to the Constitution, not the President of the United States. (Not that it means much since November 4, 2020 with the fraudulent non-election of Kamala Harris, who is unconstitutionally ineligible to sit as Vice President since she is not a natural born citizen).

Yeah, I don't think some people really understand what a dishonorable discharge actually means. It really is a felony conviction in all practical terms, and can't just be handed out. Full criminal trial, full rights of appeal, etc., all attach. It isn't just something commanders can hand out at will. You can actually lose your right to vote, etc..

So there's no way that's even on the table for this.

My chiropractor also practices functional medicine. Monday I went for a good back cracking and she told me a patient, who works for VA Tech, came to see her last week after having the shot. VA Tech mandates it for employment :(

Lady did NOT want it. After the shot her arm swelled up at injection point size of a baseball. Next day she had a seizure, and has had multiple smaller seizures since.

This stupid shot is not safe, and my dear chiropractor cannot say a whole lot, but what she DOES say without words is the fact masks are not required in her office nor does she wear one :) it’s nice....

Don’t believe for a minute they would treat our military men and women like that IF they could get away with it. Then replace the thinkers with ‘bots.

Do you mean the Booster Shot is not safe?

I had the 2 Pfizer shots on 3/6 & 3/27, with no problems. I’m almost 72 and have 5 co-morbidities, so I had little choice.

No, it was the initial shot. Apparently the one that only requires one jabbing.

Yes, you DO have a choice, you chose to take it. But that is your right.
