The Pentagon ordered all service members to get vaccinated last month and didn't rule out a court martial for those who don't. More than 800,000 service members out of around 1.4 million still needed to get their shots at the time of the mandate, according to Pentagon data. But during the budget bill's markup under the House Armed Services Committee, an amendment, now section 716, proposed by Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., made its way into the bill that prohibited 'any discharge but honorable' for vaccine refusal. 'I am appalled that the Biden Administration is trying to remove my amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that prevents anything but an honorable discharge for service members who refuse to get the COVID-19 vaccine,' Green said in a statement to DailyMail.com. 'This was a bipartisan amendment — every Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee agreed to it.'

No, my husband was an organ donor and helped literally over 100 people. What I do not like about this shot is (1) the fact the virus itself is not natural (2) they are telling our cells to react to something that is not found..in it’s current construct, in nature (3) everything surrounding the honesty/politics of this thing is contrived by those without our best interests in mind (4) God didn’t say to play with fire either.
I’m on anti-biotic myself right now for an infection (an untreated burn got infected). I’ve had all childhood vaccines and keep my tetanus up to date due to fact I do lots of farm-type work.

Oh, and folks are taking hormone therapy to “become the opposite sex” to grow boobs, or facial hair, or lose it. God allows it, but do you believe that makes it ok?

Yes and no to that. The husband of a friend of mine at church caught a mosquito-born illness while spending time in South America as a missionary. He was so ill it took months to recover. He cannot return to that country now because they require the shot. Why can’t he receive it? Because his doctor said his immune system was so damaged from treatments he could contract COVID from the shot, and/or God knows what else. Basically told them the shot was too dangerous and he should/could not safely take it.

There are holes you could walk a horse through. Some approvals, some not. Approval based on inaccurate data, 91% protection which was postulated early on but is 60% or less now that variants have appeared. Check the criterion in the FDA announcement, clearly these are not met.
We the people are not members of the executive branch, so how can he dictate to us but not citizens who are part of the legislative branch? You didn’t think this through.
The mandatory vaccines for private citizens aren't being done via Executive Order, but via a new emergency rule that OSHA will be issuing at some point in the coming weeks. It hasn't happened yet (which is why no lawsuits have yet been filed) but as soon as it does happen, they'll be a ton filed. All we actually need is just one federal judge to issue an injunction, and it will stop nationwide.
Then that favorable ruling (and we can lose 10 others and it doesn't matter) goes up to appeal. If it wins there, then there's no need for the Supremes to take it on an emergency basis if they agree with the result because the injunction will remain in place. If our side loses at the Court of Appeals, then it likely will be heard on an expedited basis by the Supreme Court.

Declining protection is common in vaccines and does not affect the approval. The fact that the vaccine is not fully approved for children under 15 does not affect the fact that it is fully approved for adults 16 and above.

Do you understand the concept of separation of powers? The executive branch cannot dictate to the legislative branch.

I would say it is wonderful and a miracle that God provided us with the expertise to deal with things that were not created by nature, wouldn’t you?
BTW, can you provide a rationale why the government would create a virus/vaccine and unleash it upon the citizenry? Why, for example, would ‘big pharma’ want to create something that would kill it’s customers?

There have been over 200 million fully vaccinated persons in the US and there have been no instances of deformed babies. So, “Way to go to you”.

Over six billion doses have been administered world wide no one has exploded like Challenger.
You are OOC. That is not the point Thalidomide was an antinausea med that caused tens of thousands of deformities. Only a few maybe 100 were in the US because a very dedicated US FDA analyst thought there was something not right about the safety studies & refused to give approval for the US use of the drug. By the time the approval was given the cases in Europe had been tied to that drug & the drug was pulled.
IOW being cautious and taking the time to allow side effects to emerge saved thousand of US babies from death or deformity.
People who are pushing the COVID jabs, including the politicized FDA, have mercenary & political motives. Thalidomide illustrates what happens when there are not proper trials.
You apparently don’t know the difference between leaky vaccines like these, that make the problem worse and effective vaccines that do protect against the disease without breakthrough.
