Border Patrol agents in Del Rio, Texas were so concerned about the escalating situation at the U.S.-Mexico border that they requested additional resources three months ago - but their concerns were not acted on by superiors.
Jon Anfinsen, National Border Patrol Council local president told CNN that the union on June 1 suggested improvements to the system.
Anfinsen said that they wanted agents to be sent to the border with tablets to start the intake process when a large group crosses the river, instead of having the group wait there while space is cleared in the station.
'This way, we can at least get part of the process finished before they even get to the station instead of wasting that time,' said the email.
The union followed up on June 3, and also suggested placing a trailer in the area for additional staff, to deal with a predicted surge.
On June 17, the union received a one-sentence response: 'This is being explored, several other platforms are being considered which are more efficient.'

I recall Psaki saying that these folks were not vaccinated because they wouldn't be staying long (or words to that effect). But a whole bunch were transported to somewhere. Even if to detention/processing centers.
Here's a July article regarding players in Louisiana. So one would have to ask, if we've been transporting them since at least June, and the infection rate in LA and the other southern states are burning up with cases, how many are related to these detentions/quick releases, who, are, staying.

Of course the “authorities” know exactly the number that have been brought in, then deliberately scattered throughout the country. They are being strategically placed in the so-called “red” states, to overload and further stress the schools, medical facilities, housing and general social services geared to providing welfare services, while at the same time playing a “long game” to so dilute the more conservative elements that now have some kind of control in these areas. If you want to see how well this strategy succeeds, just look to Minneapolis, and some other areas of Minnesota, and note what the effects of importing a large contingent of Somalians has done to the demographics in that area. While still very much a minority in that area, the Muslim Somalians have overwhelmed the larger non-Muslim population, all out of proportion of their numbers.
Now, Haitians are not, for the most part, Muslim, but they are almost illiterate, and have few marketable skills that would make them useful in today’s economic climate. They will add nothing to the pool of eligible workers in the Miami or Orlando areas of Florida, but they will demand much. And in these demands, will further diminish resources available to the residents already living there.
Leap ahead a generation. People shall have become Soylent Green. As they very nearly are already in Minneapolis.
It is not direct cannibalism. Society itself if being cannibalized. As the older demographics are overwhelmed or driven out, the territory left behind is quickly expropriated by the newcomers, who have not nearly the concern or respect for the new areas they now occupy. We might add to that - according to one FL congress critter the Haitians and other illegals are NOT required to show ID when boarding planes (they have none anyway). You, as a citizen, must show ID.

Seems to me like the Biden FedGov is in 100% breach of contract, so we are released from obeying them with it comes to stopping invasions.
