The vaccine mandates are far closer to Jim Crow than any voter ID law. Funny how the left treats showing ID to vote as a horrific burden, but having something injected into your body AND showing ID to enter a restaurant is as easy as A-B-C.

Dershowitz was on Yesterday saying basically that the mandates ‘might be constitutional because ‘it involves an infectious disease- which can be deadly’
so apparently, according to him, presidents can now mandate vaccines for colds and flues because ‘they are infectious’ and cause death, but by golly you can’t regulate people with his or aids because that would be a violation.
Can you imagine the uproar if employers demanded their employees with aids of his get vaccinated or be terminated fro employment?
While the unvaxxed contains a large number of black people, I see this innovative use of DR3 being about as effective as all of the previous versions have been.
Someone needs to create an iconic meme of two water fountains, a note on one, “vaccinated only” and the other, “unvaccinated only”

My biggest concern is over the attack on what many consider constitutional rights.
We are all talking about freedom of movement, segregation, but what really terrifies me, is the abridging of Constitution rights under the illusion of dealing with a public health crisis.
Please remember for a moment that the Gun Control movement wants to treat firearms and firearm violence as a public health crisis. If you think that they are not taking note on how to ban both individuals, business activity, and peoples individual freedoms all in the name of a greater governmental public good to control a “public health crisis,” you are not paying attention.
If “government” can create a situation where you will loose you job, if you don’t do as they say, then they can equally mandate that you must take tests and turn in your firearms if you are to work for any branch of government, for any firm that receives government money, or work for an employer of over 100 employees.
This country is at a tipping point for constitutional rights.
If that's the way it breaks, I'm OK with it.
