Dershowitz was on Yesterday saying basically that the mandates ‘might be constitutional because ‘it involves an infectious disease- which can be deadly’
so apparently, according to him, presidents can now mandate vaccines for colds and flues because ‘they are infectious’ and cause death, but by golly you can’t regulate people with his or aids because that would be a violation.
Can you imagine the uproar if employers demanded their employees with aids of his get vaccinated or be terminated fro employment?
Using AIDS is a really bad analogy. You don’t catch AIDS by breathing virus laden air.
