Yes, I do have a sad story of being cut off by someone driving a Prius. It was bad but nearly as bad as the idiot doing 80+ MPH in that car. You look like an idiot driving like that in that type of car—seriously. Granted, I’m madder at myself that I let this d-bag do this to me on the road, but Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has a new ad that should strike a chord with most people.
She’s feisty. She knows how to get media attention—and she can withstand the punches they dole out. She has been stripped of her committee assignments for being outspoken about her views. Granted, some of them are way, way out there—but she was duly elected by the people of her district. Still, the Democrats have made multiple pushes, albeit symbolic ones, to remove her from Congress.

Outstanding!!!
It’s Sarah Conner!!
Guess you’ve never driven an EV and felt the awesome 100% instant torque, where you can already be at 40 mph while the gas car is barely moving off the line. They’re fun as can be. I just don’t understand why EV’s are hated here so much. I have 3 gas cars and one EV, and the EV is by far the most fun.
Perhaps FR is just becoming the “no fun” police in the same way Democrats have previously cornered that market the last few years.
This is the best campaign ad ever!
that, and like setting off a 1/4stick three feet in front of your face... better be wearing eyepro
Ok, I am odd man out here. Its stupid to attack a car. It was stupid when people did it to Japanese cars in the early 80s, and it’s still stupid.
I drove a Prius as a rental once and it was way better than I ever expected. And best of all, the next day I stopped to fill it before I turned it in. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the pump clicked off.
I remember one of those retarded events in the early 80s where they got a Japanese car to blow up. They were going to prove how shoddy it was compared to early 80s US made cars. They put a brick on the pedal and let it scream at redline.
They sat there as it screamed and screamed and screamed. But much to their disappointment, it just kept going and they had to attack it with bats.
Idiots.
I’m a conservative & also happen to have a little experience with Prius cars. I don’t particularly want to own one, but WILL NOT buy a full electric car. They look like trouble just waiting to happen. This opinion has to do with the actual construction of them, rather than a conservative viewpoint. I can’t afford any new car & certainly wouldn’t buy an overpriced electric even if I could afford one. That would put a used electric completely out of consideration. If they were to get the electric power grid up to speed, then a used electric car might be a consideration as a go-to-work vehicle if they were cheap enough & were satisfactory for cold weather operation. It would still be a real crapshoot owning one though.
I think that if the goobmint would have just let the EV's and their technology/market develop on their own, folks here would feel differently about them.
Pffftttt! It’s a .50 cal. Them things could blow up the space station if someone wanted to.
Especially females with short cropped hair and sensible shoes.
WTF was in that Prius?
I’m with you. I got my wife a Prius because she’s tiny and likes tiny cars. It’s basically a Corolla with better gas mileage and an engine that wears about 30% less. After an ‘06 recently has its battery wear out, I replaced a couple cells for around $200. The regenerative breaks are crazy expensive to repair, too. But on the whole it’s a way better car than most compacts. And it doesn’t feel that small to drive when I have to drive hers. Except I wish she would move the seat back when she knows I’m going to drive. :-)
That’s true, and I agree that is bad, but they don’t always approach it from that angle. They often attack the idea of an EV directly.
I suspect that was more than a single .50 round downrange. Looks like some C4 perhaps?
Still, can’t say I don’t like the commercial, because I do.
Ear protection is needed!
A shitload of tannerite.
