Pennsylvania’s “State Stores” are a holdover from the end of Prohibition.
They sell only wine and liquor; no beer and malts.
You have to buy beer and malts from a bar or from a beer distributor.
In recent years some convenience stores have been allowed to sell beer and some supermarkets can sell beer and wine but only at a seperate cash register.
But the “Wine & Spirits” “State Stores” still hold the monopoly on liquor.

It’s been in Pennsylvania for most of the year.
Probably because some a55hole Governor decided that the manufacturing of the little cans was “non-essential”.
Now why Purina couldn’t find a different means of packaging...
