I understand that. But it might be problematic not having a chance and/or time to prepare properly to argue about previously undisclosed evidence… in an evidentiary hearing. I’m not a lawyer so perhaps I’m missing something.
I was being very sarcastic. Only a fool would trust them after all they have been caught at.
Yeah. Fire is hard to spot in infrared, but they probably caught Kyle calling Rosenbaum by an anti-Semitic slur.
That does not agree with the live video footage I saw that night. It sure appeared like the dude Kyle shot, spotted Kyle and went after him. While the reporter was attempting to help the guy on the ground, as a crowd started to gather, Kyle took off, and people started chasing him.
Sure didn’t look like he started anything with those chasing him and trying to bash him in the head with a skate board, stomp on him, or shoot him.
I do; just about as much as I trust the GRU, the KGB, the Chinese MINISTRY OF STATE SECURITY, the old STASI of East Germany.
I trust them all; TO LIE, TORTURE, PLANT EVIDENCE, MAKE UP EVIDENCE, STEAL, MURDER, etc.
Any STATE law enforcement agency is just loaded with THUGS and LIARS!
Withholding possible significant evidentiary materials from the Defense is a possible cause for the judge to bring charges of unethical/unprofessional conduct against the prosecutor.
Also, a key videotape shows Rittenhouse walking by himself(possibly away from the protesters) and then being attacked from behind. That is a critical/crucial fact for a self-defense defense argument. He was not the attacker. It the victim of an attack. Juries aren’t always deaf, blind and dumb.

This is not news. It’s a left wing rant against the judge. I got about half way through reading it and gave up. It’s impossible to determine what the actual facts are, and what are simply rants of the biased writer.
Not any more.
Move the trial to anywhere in China and the prosecutors don’t even need evidence, just a word from the CCP.
