It is a legal protocol; one side can’t act until the other side does.

And if hidenbiden’s handlers shut off the supply of monoclonal antibodies as a response, the states should make or buy their own.

Republicans are great at talking and threatening. Then doing nothing. While our country is being destroyed.

Don’t hold your breath. Republicans will make sure you suffocate. The RINOs are all-in on the one-world government. That’s why they colluded to steal the elections with the DOJ, CIA, DNC, Soros, Zuckerberg, Dorsey, EU, RNC and China.

I’d say vote them out, but, that doesn’t work anymore. That should be clear after 2020, GA senate special election permitting fraud, GA Republicans blocking investigations and destroying evidence, CA Newsom recall votes disappearing and GA making mail in ballot harvesting permanent and the AZ audit delay upon delay.

"Two dozen Republican state attorneys general are threatening ..."

Yep! Same old BS story...

Two dozen GOP wimps putting on the usual song & dance that results in nothing but hot air...
How can anyone be stupid enough to believe that communists back down in the face of these "ferocious" threats?

No wonder the sheeple continue to graze peacefully as the worst tyranny in world history is descending on them...
They know there is no hope, so these gas-bag spineless GOP AGs are meaningless...

The dogs bark, but the Caravan rolls on.

Or so it seems. I supposed to the uneducated this all looks like a bunch of ineffective jaw-jackin’...

But in the legal universe, you can’t go for the jugular until the other side sticks its neck out, and so far, all Biden’s done is talk.

So, at this moment, these 24 Attorneys General can’t do anything but issue a written warning to try to dissuade the administration at the eleventh hour. Only after the administration takes action can there be any sort of official legal Cease and Desist letter or any kind of actual suit filed, and all the relevant Legal gandy-dancing: Motion to Dismiss, filling for Injunctive Relief...on and on until something breaks.

Sometime in 2022 The Supremes might give it a look. Of course, using this as fodder in the mid-term elections looks like a juicy proposition. But... how to keep it monumental long enough to matter at the polls...especially when jobs, mortgages, and entire family economies are at stake.

Tell ya thus much: glad it ain’t me in the hot seat.

Even if this goes to SCOTUS, I’m not holding my breath. The nine in black robes have been bought, or so it seems based on recent past performance.

Expect to see QR code’s on iPhones configured as a Nazi symbol.

Why do they use “sweeping” instead of “controversial?’

Controversial is reserved to indicate “extremist right wing views,” you know, common sense.
Any thing that used to be common sense is now labeled “controversial” by the media.
But then again you already knew that. ;)

Threatening to do something about Biden’s mandates is like a dog barking at passing cars. It’s a lot of noise and absolutely no action.

He first has to write the EO for them to contest its constitutionality. Interestingly, all the Dem governors seem to be fine with it.

Reminds me of a quick poem I once read in a “mature readers” comic book.

Bastards rule
And wankers whine
And Burkes bend over
Cheeks spread wide.

And when the flight bans start?

Where is the GOP on Milley’s treason?

Oh. I get it. It is just theater.

Why not just say we aren’t doing it ? Everybody knows he doesn’t have the authority. Doesn’t matter what a judge says.
