The U.S.Intelligence Agencies seem to have a gigantic record of failure.
Some examples would be;
1-the Afghanistan army would be ok even if U.S. air support ceased, (false) 2- Grand Wizard Joe Biden decision together with the intelligence Agencies, Generals, and State Department to abandon the huge, 2 runway Bagram AirForce Base and leave the planes, drones, humvees, night vision goggles,guns, ammo, etc. to the advancing Taliban,
3-the intelligence failure to detect the bomber at the Kabul Airport, where 13 American soldiers and hundreds of Afghans died. I wonder what the Intelligence Agencies knew and when they knew it. Can they really be this inept?
4- the false intelligence that resulted in the death of an aid workers and multiple children. The intelligence Agencies said the people in the vehicle were the so called Isis-K.
5- abandonment of Americans, green card holders and most of the Afghans who had proper documentation in Afghanistan with zero plans to bring them here.
They have bloody hands.

Indeed, there is quite a bit to think about in that disgraceful sentence of his!

In the past, there has always been outrage whenever a single child has been killed accidentally, whether by a bomb or a split second shot reaction. But in this case, they had been surveilling the area and had plenty of time, It was not an accident. It was deliberate murder intended to make Biden look good, but they were caught, with video from another source, that they did not expect!

And indeed, according to those same people, there is no more war, yet they are planning more attacks?

Nothing but lies from this tyrannist administration.
