Don't worry about the innocent civilian who might be robbed, raped, or murdered. They would be with the mob calling for your head if you used force. Retire if you can. Quit if you can. In June alone, the worst month of BLM rioting, 743 black people were killed in traffic fatalities, up from 478 in June 2019, a 55 percent increase.
A certain radical element of blacks hate cops, because in their hearts, they are ashamed what blacks will do to themselves without cops around.

Don’t arrest blacks. It’s not worth the hassle. I get that. But, if you will, please encourage them to remain in their own neighborhoods, and tell them you won’t be going there anymore. Guaranteed to make blacks love the police.

In order to get back in the good graces of Blacks, perhaps the cops should help them loot stores and set fire to lots of other stuff.
Cops do NOT want to have a run in with blacks. Period. They’ll be wrong no matter what. I see an arrogance now that reflects a “can’t touch dis” attitude BIG TIME! And it’ll only get worse.
If the police are afraid to do their job because they don’t think their management will support them then they really should quit. Management is not going to change. Things won’t get better. Find another position where you can do your job without worrying about being second-guessed.
