PHOENIX, AZ—Arizona's attorney general has filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden's administration, saying that the directive requiring all businesses with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations and tests is unconstitutional.
Mark Brnovich says this is the first lawsuit in the nation filed over Biden's announcement last week. The case is filed in the U.S. District Court of Arizona.
"We will continue to hold the Biden administration accountable and try to stop this federal overreach, because we need to protect not only Arizona, but the entire United States," he said in a Twitter video.
"The AGO argues Biden's vaccine mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause by favoring migrants that have crossed into the country illegally over legal U.S. citizens," a news release from Brnovich's office states. "The Biden Administration allows migrants to decline the vaccine, protecting their freedom and bodily autonomy more than American citizens."

latches or lacks standing in 3.... 2..... 1.....
Laches. It was like 5 days ago, man. Or, no standing because no regulation has actually been published, so no injury.
This is seeming to be working!
IBM pushed back on their company wide mandate.
Almost like they were shocked by the outrage.

Where are the audit results? Is it next week now? It’s always next week.

General Flynn: AZ Audit Bombshells Incoming Over The Next 3-4 Weeks

Yes! The more states the better.
Isn’t this a bit premature? Biden hasn’t actually taken any action, just said what he was going to do. Seems the states have no standing yet, until the action is taken. Maybe I am wrong in this.
There’s no bombshell, the audits got no cooperation, and in any case, even if there were a bombshelll..if a bombshell falls in the woods and nobody (wants to) hear it, did it really fall?
Ping to AZ
You left out the "emanating penumbras".
I am glad to see another FReeper who got their J.D. from the Law School of Calling Shenanigans on Leftist Judges.
Starting to sound like the Qtard nonsense of “stick with the plan”.
they will latches it after it goes in effect and no standing it before it does.
Joe still has those fighter jets and nukes. And a hot temper lately. Don’t cross him.
No, this is not premature. It’s coming and the demented one is using OSHA.

14. The inadvertent admission in the preceding paragraph makes all of the
administration’s actions constitutionally suspect. These other violations will be the subject
of future challenges. Courts will have an opportunity to review and invalidate those
forthcoming mandates as to private employers, federal contractors, federal employees, and
health care workers. But this particular component—i.e., the unconstitutional
discrimination against U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and aliens lawfully
residing and working in the U.S.—is ripe for judicial review and invalidation now.
great argument biden placing “unauthorized aliens” with more rights than legal aliens and citizens..badabing
