Milwaukee’s Summerfest tried that and they are now having the lowest attendance in over 40 years and indeed they had plenty of entertainment. Not many interested in the NFL anymore, much less the Buffalo Bills.

I hear ya but the reason it is stupid to threaten a move to Austin is that they won’t be able to play in the same stadium as the University of Texas and nobody is going to build them an 80,000-seat stadium when a 100,000-seat stadium already exists there. On top of that you environmentalism mouth-breathers will invent new species in order to prevent them from building a new stadium.
San Antonio, meanwhile, already has the Alamodome as a temporary spot plus lots of land in almost every direction to build on with interstates running from all around.There’ll be far less government interference and if they are wise enough to make the stadium wide enough to hold a soccer pitch, they’ll get additional revenue from all the Hispanics who want to watch futbol over football.
The fact the Bills want to threaten a move to Austin proves they haven’t researched this well enough.

That was going around about a week or so ago.
The owner probably just is trying to put pressure on the western NY area to get them to build a new stadium.
The franchise would be worth a lot more if it was moved to another city.
There was talk about moving it to Toronto a few years ago.
That would actually make more sense.
It would be the only franchise in Canada.
Plus they already have a domed stadium at the Rogers Center
