That is why I laughed at the article saying the Democrats will use reconciliation with their 50 vote margin in the Senate.....don't worry, they will get some GOP support for this and it will pass easily.
In my area of Florida I believe most of the homeless used to work in construction building houses.
Site clearing is generally done by Americans because heavy equipment is required. Heating and ventilation is generally done by Americans because a duct fabrication shop & Freon handling certificate is need. The rest the work of building a house is typically done by Hispanics.
This is checkmate and whatever happens in the election is irrelevant.
