Although data are not available for COVID-19 vaccines administered simultaneously with other vaccines, extensive experience with non-COVID-19 vaccines has demonstrated that immunogenicity and adverse event profiles are generally similar when vaccines are administered simultaneously as when they are administered alone. COVID-19 vaccines were previously recommended to be administered alone, with a minimum interval of 14 days before or after administration of any other vaccines. This was out of an abundance of caution during a period when these vaccines were new and not due to any known safety or immunogenicity concerns. However, substantial data have now been collected regarding the safety of COVID-19 vaccines currently approved or authorized by FDA.

I had Pfizer COVID shot 2 in the morning and a DTAP in the afternoon. It kicked my ass. I was shivering from 7 to midnight and then I was sweating until 5 am. Next morning I was fine.

Some of us thought for awhile that this “vaccine” sounded more like a fancy flu shot-apparently we were correct-I suppose they will just add it to the annual flu shots-which I won’t get because of bad reactions to them-but I worry about people who get flu shots every year being bombarded with yet another flu shot-how much can a human immune system be tweaked, prodded, irritated, etc before it goes rogue or fails entirely...

Great, you have both shots. But you need to avoid the unvaccinated and, in some cases, will still be required to wear a mask. Is that what you were told in the early stages of COVID last year by the medical community? Whatever the f*ck happened to “get vaccinated, get your life back”?!
My fifth great grandfather, John Carpenter, was Washington’s neighbor and fought with him in the French & Indian War and the Revolution. They are both rolling in their graves.
Why wouldn’t you want to wait? I had to be revaxed with all my childhood immunizations and was on a vax schedule. Btw the DPT was the only one that made me sick.

I’ve gotten the flu shots a couple of times over the years.
Both instances involved ‘friends’ that were getting them
and it was just easier to get the shot rather than listen
to the nonsensical arguments.
I wouldn’t use quite the same description for the COVID-19
vaccine I received, but there was a family dynamic involved.
I thought it was best to get it, but there was one person
in the family who was convinced I needed to get it.
Right now I feel different around my heart area. I don’t
know if it’s inflammation or something else.
