You have to enlarge the picture. You will see it.
If I had to bandage my ear for some reason it might look like that. There is a weird looking blue black color to the skin above the bandage. Might be some photo artifact. You would have to look at other pictures

It’s much more than the ear. Those with a trained eye and knowledgeable about photo manipulation can see the outline of the entire face that was superimposed.
