I'm not getting this. What is the photoshop? From the posts, I'm getting the head and facial features are someone else.
What am I supposed to look for?

You have to enlarge the picture. You will see it.
If I had to bandage my ear for some reason it might look like that. There is a weird looking blue black color to the skin above the bandage. Might be some photo artifact. You would have to look at other pictures
