VACCINE REBELLION: Growing number of US states are refusing to go along with Biden's covid vaccine fascism
A Final Warning ^ | 2021-09-12 | Ethan H

The states of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia and Wyoming are all engaging in some form of “vaccine rebellion” against the Biden regime, while the rest are capitulating – at least for now.

Pedo Joe decided on September 9 that he is going to try to force all federal, contract and large private corporate employees to get injected with Donald “father of the vaccine” Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” jabs as a condition of employment.

Hunter’s dad said he is getting very ornery and impatient over the fact that tens of millions of Americans want absolutely nothing to do with Fauci Flu shots, no matter how many times he barks at them about it.

Rather than calm him down by giving him extra medication and a nap, Biden’s handlers are instead riling him up even more about the fact that Americans are refusing to obey his unconstitutional demands.

“The President [sic] has no authority to require that Americans inject themselves because of their employment at a private business,” tweeted Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves.

“The vaccine itself is life-saving, but this unconstitutional move is terrifying. This is still America, and we still believe in freedom from tyrants.”

The “vaccine” is, of course, not actually life-saving, but Republicans are too pathetically weak or compromised these days to say it like it is.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt was a little bolder, having tweeted that the government’s role is not to “dictate to private businesses what to do.”

“Once again President [sic] Biden is demonstrating his complete disregard for individual freedoms and states’ rights,” Stitt added. “As long as I am governor, there will be no government vaccine mandates in Oklahoma.”

How is a governor going to stop OSHA from issuing citations to companies? This is, from a legal standpoint, that’s the same as a state saying you can own a machine gun without a tax stamp. They can say that all they want but ATF will still put you in jail.

Same here in NC, Pubs up 28-22 in Senate and 69-51 in the state house, but damn Gov Cooper kisses Biden ass on everything.

We lost our Republican Governor a few years ago over the infamous public restroom law.

The facts related in this article are very interesting and comforting.

However, the editing sucks. Ever hear about the use of paragraphs? And why they are needed?

I found that copy by duckduckgoing the title. They just copied and pasted without HTML.

Sue, just like the blue states did.

The law that OSHA is relying on in order to create this rule has nothing to do with vaccines — it has to do with PPE. In addition, members of the Biden Administration have admitted that they are using this OSHA rule as a way to workaround the U.S. Constitution.

Also, vaccines normally prevent vaccinated persons from transmitting the disease to others. This so-called “vaccine” does not do that, so requiring non-vaccinated persons (many of whom might have been previously infected with COVID and now have natural immunity) to test weekly but not require the same of vaccinated persons makes zero sense.

Yeah, I’m aware of all that. Of course the law suits will be coming. The question still remains; during the lawsuit process, what could the governors really do?

I have been calling Gov. Stitt telling him to act more like the Gov. of Florida.
Now if I could get my Congressman to have half the nerve as Congresswoman Taylor Green.

I am very grateful that my wife and I moved to Florida.

Gov. DeSantus is leading the movement of individual’s standing up for their rights.

Also, with a mass move to Florida ... vast majority of new people are registering as (1) Republicans, (2) independents.

Petition the courts for temporary restraining orders.

“Petition the courts for temporary restraining orders.”

I guess we’re not connecting on my point. I understand the legal recourse. I know how it works. But, in the absence of a restraining order, and before the courts state the obvious, that it’s unconstitutional, I don’t see what the governors could do to stop it from being enforced.
