There have always been people who objected to vaccines, but if most of the population has been effectively vaccinated or immunized by having it, non-vaccinated people have little effect. So just let people who want to be vaccinated go ahead and as for the others, they aren’t a problem.
In any case, there is no 100% effective vaccine, and there is no vaccine that doesn’t have possible negative side effects. The flu vaccines are only about 60% effective.
Covid is a very low-mortality disease. That doesn’t mean people don’t die from lung complications, inflammations, etc. But it is not the thing that is going to be like the Black Death in the middle ages and carry off 30% of the population. So get a grip.

Yes these matters require judgement which is something the feds lack. In addition to death rate of a particular virus or disease one should look at the density of communities. NY is different than Wyoming. Urban different than rural.

Vaccines are mandated by local or state legislative action, not by Executive order. In addition vaccination in the past are covered by strict legal and Medicare and safety requirements

Yes, but they are only mandated for certain situations, like entering school. No one is mandated to show proof of vaccination for other illnesses in order to enter a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, attend a concert or football game, etc. There are also exemptions for medical, religious, and prior infection (natural immunity).
In addition, the COVID vaccines do not prevent transmission, so treating vaccinated people differently from unvaccinated people (even those who have previously had COVID) makes zero sense.
