I can't see the child in this video, but there is another video where he goes down on one knee and appears to be talking to a little blond girl. He can't stay away from kids, particularly young girls.

I saw the video and something looked off to me. I've seen several presidents in my lifetime (including Trump) and typically you are getting nowhere close to the president in a crowd situation. Here, you had Biden strolling along a rope line and then plunging into a crowd (with hecklers) and there seems to be no Secret Service in the area. Just a few local policemen and a few men in suits (but no earphones that Secret Service men would wear).

And what's up with Biden taking off the mask once he gets close to the people and then putting it back on when he walks away? What a complete moron.

That's the fastest I've seen that lecher move in ages. Put on the afterburners to make a beeline over to an innocent kiddo. As the dementia grows, the impulse control wanes. We'll be seeing the real Biden manifest himself more and more.
