“We need to realize that this (a Russian military attack on Estonia) may indeed happen in the coming years”

While I do understand the recent (last 100 years) history in that part of the world, I will stick to my prediction that the Warsaw Pact will reconstitute itself, but this time voluntarily and with far more freedom than the Cold War.

Countries like the Baltic States (even given their history, in particular), Poland, and especially Hungary will have to soon choose between a wealthy EU that DEMANDS they repopulate with Third World types and also that gays have free run to recruit their children, or a less-wealthy Russia that agrees with their moral values and will never force that crap on them.

In the end, I expect them to take long-term survival (by aligning with Russia), even with a somewhat lower standard of living, than watch their countries become European versions of Lebanon.

The West is committing suicide because all we seem to care about is a high standard of living. All that living is killing us. Any nation with enough cultural sense to embrace a lower standard of living and more adherence to good core values deserves praise.

Soft Communism of the EU or the hard Communism of a reborn Soviet Union isnt much of a choice.
