For any legal minds out there: If it's illegal for your employer to make having sex with the boss a condition of employment, isn't forcing you to have a medical procedure you don't want also illegal?

Apples and oranges... no relationship to "the common good".

“Legal” is “what helps the Left.”

The "sex with the boss" situation made illegal under federal law by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. That Act says nothing about mandatory vaccinations.

Legally, the one has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

If they can demand you get the shot, then you can demand sex with the boss. It’s your right.

Consistency says yes. But the law is anything but consistent. That’s why you have to spend years learning it; it can’t be intuited.

If they can effectively order you to get a vaccination, can’t they order you to have an rfid chip implanted? Each state has employment laws and large companies have to employ people whose only job is trying to keep up with the new laws and regulations, which have the force of laws. My guess is there will be a class action suit in every state. Some states will side with the employer and others with the employees. Companies who require this are getting into a legal quagmire.

Yesterday, apparently the military ordered all soldiers had to get the vaccination within 90 days. My guess is that one will rapidly make it to the Supremes and every company with common sense will wait for that suit to settle. Until then, you can only quit. (My guess is military personnel will announce separation to such an extent, the policy will be dropped. I recently looked up recruitment numbers and they are pretty bad already.)

The reverse argument is just as valid.

If the employer can mandate a medical treatment as a condition of employment, why cant the employer require all employees to be on birth control (to avoid the cost of maternal, family leave). Or require disclosure of other medical conditions (AIDS, other STD vaccines, pnemonia, etc).

Tell your friend to avoid sex with the boss. The argument won't work.

There might be two chances to avoid the shots, but they're slim, given the libtard judges:

1. The Nuremburg Code, article 1, states "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential." Currently, all the available vaccines are "emergency use." That means they are experimental. No court, yet, has agreed with this.

2. You might try logic:
Question: Does the vaccine work to protect you?
- If "yes" then it doesn't matter if I'm vaccinated.
- If "no" then it doesn't matter if I'm vaccinated.

Good luck with logic when you're talking to bureaucrats.

Noone is forcing the person to get the vsccine- they have the choice to quit work. Being g a private business, they can set most any conditions they like as long as it’s legal.

The question will be though, is it discrimination to require the vaccines or not. The courts will have to hammer that out when folks start suing

A LOT of "Independent Variables"

Example... WHAT STATE is it?... WHO is interpreting the law?... How long ago did this happen?... Is the DEFENDANT a male or female?... etc, etc.

In most states the simple charge of "have sex with me or get fired" is ILLEGAL. The QUESTIONS in the above paragraph are what can "cloud" the issue when brought to court.

oh... and WHO has the "deepest pockets" and BEST lawyer.
