Thanks...Saved that link.
In Mare Winningham's 1995 vanity film "Georgia," she sings "Hard Times" at the beginning in a respectably smooth country-folk version. Her sister Sadie, played by Jennifer Jason Leigh, sings "Hard Times" at the end of the movie in a cracked voice destroyed by cigarettes, drugs and booze, and it made what little hair I had left stand on end. It cut right to the heart of the song.
Regrettably, due to copyright problems, it's not available on You Tube.
Gut Shabbes, Mooch Pooch...I worried about you and the flooding. All is well?

Last one for me- A little out of season, but, Rush Limbaugh singing “Chipmunks Roasting on an Open Fire”
There is a very good documentary from 2006 about Harry Nilsson. He was happy, clean and sober when he died.
Good evening, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
The weekend is almost here.
Thanks Kathy, but, although I like him a lot,
no way Brian Wilson tops Mick.
Not sure why I scrolled through them all as I knew he wouldn’t be here - but Geddy Lee from RUSH of course!
A bit more accessible song (”The Garden”) is the last one on their last album. A quieter song, but Geddy can still sing at 60 something:

Greg Lake of course. I would say he has the best voice of these three.

And your comment about the weekend almost here reminded me of “Summer’s Almost Gone” with Jim Morrison.

There are many other video clips available online of her acting roles, game show appearances with service men & women, interviews, etc.
Chris married a handsome, young Green Beret officer, who unfortunately suffered severe psychological problems from his combat experiences. He took his own life not long after their marriage.
Chris eventually abandoned acting and devoted herself full time to veterans causes, even to this day. She has written a number of books about her experiences, and they may still be found on Amazon or through other online sellers.
Very nice selection, Michael.SF...((HUGS))
