I've done that before. I've also voted for a third party candidate on occasion. Every choice matters, including a blank ballot.
Not in Wyoming, but in her case would probably either not vote or vote for an independent candidate - what are the ballot rules in Wyoming? If the primary fails could a conservative independent still file? Looking at the vote totals in past elections even ‘splitting the vote’ should still beat the Democrat.
