I am not a Wyoming resident, but no, I would not vote for a Democrat.

I would, however, not cast a vote in a race if I didn't believe either candidate represented my values or interests.

I've done that before. I've also voted for a third party candidate on occasion. Every choice matters, including a blank ballot.

My take on tossing her out... If we conservatives can see with some certainty that we will win back the House, whether she wins or not, matters not, then vote for the rat!
