My idea? Give a pregnant mother a puppy or kitten and make her KILL IT with her bare hands. If she can do THAT, she can then go on to murder the child growing inside of her.

The Justice Department said Monday that it will not tolerate violence against anyone to obtain an abortion in Texas as federal officials continued to explore options to challenge the new state law that bans most abortions.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said the Justice Department would 'protect those seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services' under a federal law known as the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
Garland said in a statement that federal prosecutors are still urgently exploring options to challenge the Texas law.

So, Tesas, the people of Texas pass a law. The SC doesn’t oppose it, so if a women in her 8th week wants an abortion, it seems quite simple to me.
1. She goes to another state to have the abortion.
2. She finds an activist doctor to perform the abortion in Texas and then the doctor is arrested. He should be.
3. Other states may or may not change their laws on abortion.
4. In the end, a women who wants an abortion will still have options.
IOWs the states decide rather than making this a so called GOD given right of a woman, whereby all of us in the USA agree.
Are they really going to arrest these women if they have the abotrtion? Maybe they will. I don’t know.
I am sure there will be a slew of ugly activist women who purposely get pregnant and some down to Texas for an abortion.
I would think a doctor would be pretty stupid to oblige them.

Dismissing a case with no basis in law is one deciding factor on whether the loser has to pay. If the plaintiff's suit is dismissed for lack of standing then that would come under that definition.

1. Please Mr. Garland, Who proposed attempting to stop a woman from killing her baby? I assume the Texas law is like all other laws. It provides criminal penalties after someone commits a crime.
