The Florida Department of Health has issued a notice indicating it will start issuing $5,000 fines to businesses, schools, and government agencies that require Floridians to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
The health department rule, which goes into effect on Sept. 16, details the penalties that businesses and other entities, including nonprofits, face for violating section 381.00316 of the 2021 Florida Statutes, which prohibits them from requiring customers or patrons to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or postinfection recovery in order to gain access to their premises or services.
“Each violation of Section 381.00316, F.S., will result in the imposition of a $5,000 fine per individual and separate violation against the business, governmental entity or the educational institution. Fines imposed are due and payable to the Department within 30 days of entry of the final order unless otherwise stated in the final order,” reads the Florida Department of Health notice.
Health care providers are exempt from the fine, which also does not apply to vaccine requirements businesses or other entities impose on their own employees. Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an executive order in April that banned vaccine passports.
“No COVID-19 vaccine is required by law,” the governor’s order stated, adding that “vaccination records are private health information” that shouldn’t be shared via a mandate. The passports, DeSantis said at the time, would infringe on personal liberties and harm patient privacy.
“A requirement to show a passport to take part in everyday life such as a sporting event, going to a restaurant or going to a movie theater would ‘create two classes of citizens,'” DeSantis stated.

That effectively ends any chances of gov DeSantis winning presidency in 2024. I base that Purely on numbers. At current rate 250 million Americans are on schedule to be vaccinated by end of 2021. Almost All are over age 18. Which means 75-80% of voting age will be vaccinated.
Who will they prefer to vote for? Pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine candidate?

How many of them knew they were signing up for 3 booster shots a year? And how many would support a vaccine passport system that bars entry to businesses or events if they're not up to date on their shots?
De Santis is up for reelection next year. I’m perfectly fine with him running our state for another 6 years. Assuming Nikki Fried and the Democrat Fraud Machine aren’t cranked up to 11, he should win handily next November.
I suspect by 2024, the divide in this nation and across the globe will be so stark that the Democrats will have no choice but to use every last arrow in their quiver of fraud to bring it home for Kamala.

We should see the backlash against mandates in 2022. The Dems are assuming that the sheep will vote them in as shepherds. The libs and leftists who love mask mandates and vaccine mandates were always going to vote Dem no matter what. But they will lose independents and even lose their black vote over mandates.

If my stage-4 cancer patient wife can handle 3rd booster shot without any adverse side effects, I am more convinced than ever that these vaccines are a big nothing burger, with VAERS reporting death rate after vaccine at 0.006% base on latest numbers. That is 99.994% safe vaccine.
Sure, some people have remorse about everything and anything.
But 250 million getting jabbed by year end? You expect more than 20% with remorse? I don’t. Everyone I talk to who has received the jabs is very happy they got it.
