The Texas law is a bad law, because it sets a Snitch on Your Neighbor Policy that the left will soon adopt.
And, the left will point to the Texas law as precedent: “You started it!” (NYT, W-Post headlines).
Texas should take the responsibility for being against abortion, openly and directly, with a simple statute banning the practice at the moment of detecting a heartbeat.
