The CDC Guidance was for 2019 for refugees from 3rd world countries that were prone to parasitic diseases which Ivermectin is designed for.

I don’t think the CDC is intending to use Ivermectin for Afghan refugees to prevent Covid. They’ll force vaccines on them instead.
