In our county, there’d be sheriff’s deputies out looking for election personnel not reporting back to the elections office with ballots.
I don’t have a problem with one split party collection/courier team, with a sheriff deputy along for security, out making several drop box collections, taking them out of the drop box and inserting them into a sealed separate transfer container, documenting the pickup info, and making the next stop with all being turned in that same day. Cell phone checking in with the elections office at each stop and movement to the next stop.
Rules? We don’t need no stinkin’ rules! We’re Democrats (and the Trump-hating RINOs who refused to enforce voter ID or investigate fraud BEFORE electors were seated).

We wondered what would happen when the most trustworthy and venerated institutions of the USA came under the control of those who have allowed themselves to succumb to the decadence of Western Civilisation. Now we know.
For one thing, election fraud becomes de facto legal, inasmuch as there is no process for appeal.
After Fulton County did not provide the chain of custody documents for 18,901 absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes, an election official there admitted that the records were missing. Additionally, 85 percent of the drop box absentee ballots were not “immediately transported” and 5 percent were recorded as being delivered before they were picked up from the drop boxes.
A review of Cobb County's chain of custody documents revealed that 6 collections totaling more than 1,800 ballots were transferred one day later, one collection of 227 ballots was transferred 2 days later and one collection of 274 ballots was transferred 3 days later, in addition to a number of other irregularities.
However, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger declared in an April press release that 120 of 123 Georgia counties that utilized drop boxes during the November 2020 election “filled out and retained ballot transfer forms in accordance with Georgia rules.”

This is not the “gotcha” it is being reported as. We know government is run by idiots. Not surprising they took longer than they were supposed to do document receipt.
It is highly likely that every one of these ballots was filled out by a real voter, put in the box expecting to be counted, and were not modified on the way to the registrar.
They had three people on some of the two-person teams.
We know the elections were stolen in GA. It’s long past time to do anything about it. But something SHOULD be done about it.
