During this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) addressed what measures Congress may take in its oversight role following the collapse of the Afghanistan government and takeover by the Taliban after the U.S. military withdrawal.
McCarthy did not offer specifics but acknowledged Congress’ role.

If we can’t manage to hold people accountable for stealing a national election, what in heaven’s name makes you think they can be held responsible for mismanagement of a national defense asset?

Yes, Congressman! And justice delayed is justice denied - get busy, do not drag you feet. Impeachments for the president, Secretaries of State and Defense. Court Martial for military brass for poor performance in withdrawal and especially for whoever was responsible for closing Bergram and handover of two billion dollars of our top flight equipment, aircraft and munitions. There actually might be some treason that needs to be exposed. Move Congressman, and move quickly.
I want them home first. We can handle punishing the little lowlifes later.
