In a win for the Biden administration, a federal judge blocked an executive order by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) that would have banned the U.S. government from transporting migrants in the Lone Star State. Abbott issued the order under the banner of fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
U.S. District Judge Kathleen Cardone, a George W. Bush appointee, determined that the governor’s order violated the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution and said Abbott’s rationale did not withstand basic scrutiny.
“Indeed, recent data shows that ‘migrants generally test positive at similar or lower rates than Americans living in the counties where they are tested,'” Cardone’s 19-page ruling notes...
...Agreeing with the Justice Department’s chief constitutional argument, Cardone wrote: “Because the United States has established a likelihood that the Order violates the Supremacy Clause, irreparable harm is presumed.”...

This Bush appointee doesn’t recognize that citizens ate supposed to be here and illegal aliens are NOT.
Damn “Karen” judges....
“. . . determined that the governor’s order violated the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution . . .”
Which calls for a reading of the Supremacy clause: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof . . .”
In other words, the federal bubble bath law, in order to have supremacy, must be made in pursuance of the Constitution’s bubble bath clause. Otherwise, it is a state bubble bath issue.
That's all we need to know. Period.

W is, to this day, NOT someone dedicated to making America Great.
Given that we have Kamala Harris backing up Biden and Nancy Pelosi backing up Kamala Harris and we have 3 1/2 years to go with this administration, I don’t see ANY improvement over Biden and in fact it might be worse with Harris or Pelosi as President.
So, the 25th amendment offers no help at all. Accordingly, the earliest SALVATION for the country is Jan. 2023 when it is likely the Republicans will retake the Senate and the House and hopefully by a RINO proof margin.
Then, thanks to our spineless judiciary and state legislators, and John Roberts, we will have two full years of Pelosi or Kamala to try and stomach when we wake up each day.
What data is she referring to?
It’s way past time for Texas to tell the Feds to FO. Arrest any federal agent who says boo…..
Not sure, but apparently they are at least testing the gate crashers now.
It’s simply common sense. All of our lives have to be changed in every way and they continue spreading it though mass immigration. Border patrol agents are sick and dying as a result.
Yep, see my tagline
A know a woman whose father is an EMT in Florida.
He says 96% of the illegals he encounters have the Chinese virus.
Biden the Terrible strikes again!
You can bet that if you violated a law on her front lawn that affected HER, this Chamber of Commerce puppetjudge would come down on you like a ton of bricks.
This one thinks she's governor of Texas:
In August 2021, Cardone issued a temporary injunction in the case U.S. vs Texas and Greg Abbott against an order by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to have Texas state troopers stop vehicles suspected of carrying illegal immigrants, who might be infected with COVID-19.
