Supreme Court won't halt court order forcing Biden to revive 'Remain in Mexico' policy

(CNN)The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined the Biden administration's request that it put on hold a lower court order requiring the revival of the Trump-era "Remain in Mexico" immigration policy.

The court's three liberal justices publicly noted that they would have granted the request to halt the lower court's order.

Then we get to see if the judge that ruled that it be reinstated and followed has a set and holds the DHS Secretary in contempt and issues a warrant.

Well, in some ways ( not all the time ), it is still worth appointing Trump’s 3 Justices. Imperfect, but sometimes, they do the right thing.

biden (0bama) [Powers That Be] will just ignore it.

And besides, AMLO will not cooperate this time.

It matters not what anyone in the USA decrees. Trump was able to convince AMLO to cooperate. No one in the current Junta will be able to do that.

I guess they want to clear up any misunderstanding, to avoid meeting with accidents in the near future.

(President Dribbles would then appoint more docile replacements.)
