Student will be wearing ankle bracelets like they are on probation. Tracking for contact tracing? The school is saying she is guilty until proven innocent?
The CDC admits if you are vaccinated you can still get Covid and transmit it. Thus, that wipes out the entire point of why the student need to wear an ankle bracelet.
Time to file a lawsuit, and take the ankle bracelet off.

Anyone who wears one of this is far more sick (at least in mind and spirit) than any virus could ever make them.
Say "NO!" Tell them they cannot make you wear a monitor (or a mask for that matter) any more than you can make them act rationally. Their power stops at the door. You wear the monitor (or the mask) because you decided, for yourself, to wear the monitor (or the mask) ... not because someone else demanded you do so.

I’ve seen these in use in China. They were called something like “proximity monitors” and they ensured no two employees came ‘too close’ to one another. Don’t want citizens speaking privately to one another, now do we?
This is like Australia, where the public is limited to 5 kilometers (or less) from their home, they can only ‘exercise’ with one other person, and they are instructed not to speak to their neighbors.
