Aug 24 (Reuters) - Afghanistan's new Taliban rulers said on Tuesday they wanted all foreign evacuations from the country completed by an Aug. 31 deadline and they would not agree to an extension.

Sad the most pissed off afghan workers are those that worked at the embassy. They got stiffed hard but when are people not by the DoS.

What’s with this Aug. 31 deadline? What if some foreign nationals have not yet been evacuated? Given the chaos involved with evacuations, it’s not exactly an orderly process.
But what then? Will the Taliban decide the foreign nationals are now prisoners, or subjects under Taliban jurisdiction, or what exactly will happen?
And will we leave people stranded there, if not evacuated by Aug 31? does the war start up again if we use military to try to evacuate people after Aug 31?
I just don’t understand certain things, sorry.
They are only in complete control if we let them extort us. We can tell the Taliban leadership that we will decapitate them no matter how long it takes. A drone missile will have their name on it along with their family members. And we will arm and support the Afghan resistance to the Taliban and recognize the current Vice President as the legitimate government of Afghanistan. We can freeze Afghan assets in US Banks.
We can also take back Bagram and use it as the hub for evacuation.
Will Biden grow a pair? Doubtful.
Quite a contrast. The G7 bureaucrats are empty suits but when the Taliban guy makes a statement, everyone knows he means it.

Just heard Michael Yon on War Room with Steve Bannon a little while ago. The Pashtuns have called for “a swarming” of their fighters. He explained that they are gearing up for an all old battle to humilate their enemy in Afghanistan. Their will be a blood bath before we get everyone out.
By the way, don’t plan on seeing everyone evacuated. If it goes as planned, we will be seeing daily beheadings and other atrocities of those Americans, NGO’s and Afghans when our troops are evacuated.

The hostages they are currently lining up are going to be killed or worse. And the US is going to be blamed for everything from death and taxes to the common cold anyway. There are ways to freeze it.
Firstly, Afghanistan has 1.8 billion barrels of oil between Balkh and Jawzjan Province in the north of the country, discovered in 2010. This is an enormous amount for a nation that only consumes 5,000 bbl/day. This means they have a tremendous amount of oil and natural gas to sell.
Agriculture is the main livelihood for roughly 75 percent of the Afghan population. The growth of the agriculture sector is crucial for national food security and is a major economic driver for the entire country.
So Joe, who has neither the guts or intelligence to do this, could first protect our people by telling the Taliban that if they harm one US person and do not immediately release them, we will immediately start the destruction of their refineries and granaries with precision bombing and they better move people away from them. If they line up the people at a few of the areas, we get the rest they don’t have enough people for, then blockaide the country with navy and aircraft and shoot anything that comes over the line civilian or not. Their entire border becomes a no diti zone. This continues until all ours are out and accounted for. Then our withdraw is complete.
Historically, we rapidly ended wars and actions sooner when we attacked the countries we were in conflict with by talking the pain to the people.
Wars are too easy now. Push a button, take out a city. We bombed civilian/military targets in Germany, Japan, Italy, Vietnam, Korea, and every other country that wished to engage since the start of WW I. That’s the horror of war that makes them stop when the price becomes too high. And also we should take out every known Taliban hiding place while we’re at it. Might as well let everyone play. It will end the conflict with little collateral to us and a whole lot of casualties to them.
If they want to die for their agenda, assist them. If they harm US people, assist them more. Until it becomes painful enough, then it might assist the Taliban and Al Qaeda to the table. If not, it will to face the Qibla and they can find out how many virgins they will get. At that point the world will see we gave them a chance. We still had the big stick in our hands. They decided we should use it. Now is the time to start it. We can ask. But if it isn’t agreed upon, then the first beheading starts the actions.

The solution is simple. Bring Trump back and get rid of this weakling! We should re-enter the country with a force that scares the hell out of these creeps. We should go back in and depose these dirtballs. But, of course, we now have Biden at the helm, although fraudulently. Forget the obvious! We will not do it. Instead, we will cower to those dirtballs who hurt women and children. I did not vote for the wimp. I could foresee this coming.
