Fascinating. It’s almost as if the medical workers are something similar to bats which are reservoir species for many viruses.
Still much to learn on why bats can harbor the virus and not become symptomatic. Some theories are that higher metabolism due to flying allows bats to stay “just ahead” of the favorable conditions which can lead to symptomatic onset of the virus in question.

If I’m understanding this correctly; every vaccinated person must immediately stop working in any clinic or hospital as well as all vaxxed teachers or staff. They are all potential super-spreaders of the covid-19 virus.

I’m either reading something wrong, or the author is a liar. I went to the Lancet, and here’s what they said:
“Viral loads of breakthrough Delta variant infection cases were 251 times higher than those of cases infected with old strains detected between March-April 2020.”
It seems to me that they are comparing different Covid strains. But this Dr. McCullaugh is comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated people. The abstract does not mention unvaccinated people at all.
What am I missing?

There are two variables involved and they can't and don't separate out how much each variable is responsbile for higher viral load.
