A groundbreaking preprint paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, published Aug. 10 in The Lancet, includes alarming findings devastating to the COVID vaccine rollout.
The study found vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated.
While moderating the symptoms of infection, the jab allows vaccinated individuals to carry unusually high viral loads without becoming ill at first, potentially transforming them into presymptomatic superspreaders.
This phenomenon may be the source of the shocking post-vaccination surges in heavily vaccinated populations globally.
The paper’s authors, Chau et al, demonstrated widespread vaccine failure and transmission under tightly controlled circumstances in a hospital lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
The scientists studied healthcare workers who were unable to leave the hospital for two weeks. The data showed that fully vaccinated workers — about two months after injection with the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine (AZD1222) — acquired, carried and presumably transmitted the Delta variant to their vaccinated colleagues.
They almost certainly also passed the Delta infection to susceptible unvaccinated people, including their patients. Sequencing of strains confirmed the workers transmitted SARS-CoV-2 to one another. ..

It doesn’t crap out at 8 months...that’s just how far we are into the testing..we need to wait until we get further in. The efficacy is just fine at 8 months.
What the nasal spray does is stop the virus from replicating in the upper respiratory system which greatly reduces transmissibility. This would be true for both unvaccinated and breakthrough cases.
Yep....as I knew, and thought (just wanted confirmation) ... product does NOT diminish the adverse effects of these shots...just helps with stopping replication of the virus, in upper respiratory.
Which is a help, hopefully, transmission wise...and, should be mandatory for ALL who have/will receive/d these risky shots....aka those who carry 251 times the viral load.

Have you not read the study? The article is very misleading. Breakthrough cases DO NOT carry 251X the number of viruses as unvaccinated people. Fake news.

Given what some of these threads have deteriorated to, I appreciate that you refrain from flames. My intent is to present facts and evidence, and when appropriate, clearly labeled opinion. It would be pleasanter if all do the same.

A few points from the study: Both the hospital staff infected and the patients all had the delta strain. Yes, genetic analysis showed that that there were differences between the genetic make up of the hospitalized patients and the staff infections. (Insert joke about staph infections)
The study discussion said “This strongly suggested that these individuals likely caught the virus from a single introduction into the hospital.”
Rather than that they produced it.
I think severity of illness is very important, although I agree full vaccination is not an ironclad guarantee; rather it considerably lowers the risk - a risk reduction I think very worthwhile.

Please give me citations against vaccinating in a pandemic. I will look at any citations (not opinion pieces). Virology text books, statements from recognized virology bodies, or studies all accepted. I will be out for a good part of today, but will get back to you.
Data from COVID-19 tests in the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore are showing that vaccinated people who become infected with Delta SARS-CoV-2 can carry as much virus in their nose as do unvaccinated people. This means that despite the protection offered by vaccines, a proportion of vaccinated people can pass on Delta, possibly aiding its rise.
Cruise ships are actually well set up for quarantining the infected, once identified, and limiting the scope of infections. Outside one’s own room, things are pretty open, rather than enclosed, and cruise ship lines have been adding UV virus-sterilizing apparatus to their HVAC systems, as have the airlines. UV additions to home HVAC systems will likely become a standard in time.

The author of this article flat-out lied when he said that the study compared vaccinated people to unvaccinated people. The study in fact compared the prevalence of different strains of the virus.
Maybe everything else he said was spot on. But one lie throws everything else into question. It doesn’t matter what the topic is. Liars cannot be trusted.
Side note: I am vaccine neutral. And that’s because I think we are being lied to on all sides. And unfortunately this article is just another example of that.

The conclusions of the Chau paper support the warnings by leading medical experts that the partial, non-sterilizing immunity from the three notoriously “leaky” COVID-19 vaccines allow carriage of 251 times the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 as compared to samples from the pre-vaccination era in 2020.
'Pre-vaccination era in 2020' means UNVACCINATED.
Therefore, the study compares vaccinated with unvaccinated.
Case closed.
