Hong Kong (CNN Business)Chinese President Xi Jinping this week issued a bold new pledge to redistribute wealth in the country, piling more pressure on the country's richest citizens and businesses.

Xi told top leaders from the ruling Chinese Communist Party on Tuesday that the government must establish a system to redistribute wealth in the interest of "social fairness," according to a summary of the speech published by Xinhua, the official state news agency. He said it was "necessary" to "reasonably regulate excessively high incomes, and encourage high-income people and enterprises to return more to society."

This isn’t about that. This is about protecting the fragile, paranoid CCP by preventing the wealthy from gaining any influence, being inspiring, having power, even just becoming wealthy ; like the late Horse Cloud, aka Jack Ma. Only the CCP and especially Xi Jinping are permitted those attributes. There is no “other people’s money” in China ; ultimately, it all belongs to the CCP’s Central Committee and the PLA.

I’m wondering how in hell do people manage to get rich in China? They somehow get through all the Commie snares and loopholes. They should put their money in a Panama bank and get the hell out of Dodge. My hat is off to iconic Jack Ma and the others on top 10 people, but they should hit the road.
