Is catching Covid now better than more vaccine?
BBC News ^ | 2021-08-21 | James Gallagher

"Which is better?

Even asking the question bordered on heresy a year ago, when catching Covid for the first time could be deadly, especially for the elderly or people already in poor health.

Now, we're no longer starting with zero immunity as the overwhelming majority of people have either been vaccinated or have already caught the virus"

An interesting shift in the discussion here in the UK.

Has been posted here a few times, but back on point, catchings this disease and developing anti bodies is better than taking some “vaccine” that was rushed to the market in 12 months, has terrible side effects, , has not been approved by the FDA, doesn't even work most of the time, etc etc.

I read it yesterday but it's a good reminder. Delta in the UK has been very mild. Lots of cases, very little death. It's pretty much like a vaccine.

Had covid and it was not fun but I have had much worse cases of the flu. Had covid hangover fatigue and trouble with focus for several months. Strangely, taking Ivermecitn resolved the persistent , lingering hangover in short order .

Over half the vaccinated people I know were actually sicker with adverse vaccine reactions than I was. Some were out for a week.

I think getting covid itself is better than the vaccine, especially because a lot of vaccinated people are losing immunity and getting covid either due to loss of immunity or mutation of viral strains anyway.

If that’s the choice I’d rather get a tooth pulled.

I see that yesterday’s post was bbc.com based and mine bbc.co.uk. In the UK searches are forced to .co.uk. by default.

I’ll bear that in mind next time.

I find a title search using one or two key words is a help in
trying to find duplicates of the original or similar articles.

The problem is here they want no choice. They want everyone to take the vaccine.

It is no longer science. It is a religion.

“back on point”

Take it further. The vaccine was never designed to stop the virus. It was designed to make it less dangerous when you caught it by using your body’s natural defenses against the bug so you wouldn’t get quite as sick while your body, in time, could build up the tcells for defense. All the vaccines ever did was speed up that natural process by conning the body.

There is no evidence of any of the vaccine killing any virus as there are no tcells in them. But when the majority of the US can be fooled into thinking that, as they have, then anything is possible when training stupid animals. Like including the thinking the election was not right by not allowing anything to be investigated.

And people say they don’t trust the government. With the vaccines and the election, there’s two items that prove the US citizens are idiots or sheep. Both are evident. And the most telling of this is that the government no longer cares what you think except in an election year when they tell you what to think. After that, they blatantly do what they want and lie to get it done. And before you try to bring this up, they make the laws to stop you from trying. And in two or four more years, the process starts all over again. And it’s the voters fault the opportunity to do this is there.

And the vaccines, the elections, the lies, they are all just tools, not the culprits. Same as guns do not kill people by themselves.

Actually, yours was the third posting.Mine was number two so I'm guilty.

Search does work, but in some cases articles that are of high import are missed (we do have jobs, after all).

The big problem usually arises when someone dies and everyone wants to be the FIRST. Someone once said it's because that strongest dopamine trigger is: New posts to you

“Had covid and it was not fun but I have had much worse cases of the flu. Had covid hangover fatigue and trouble with focus for several months.“

Exactly the same here. Only, I used to take several days off work to stay in bed, take my meds and fluids and sleep them off.

I didn’t have that luxury with the Covid. I had to press on and work right through it. I still got better; it just took me longer.

People SCREAM at me for not being fearful of the virus, but if I was able to work through it and still recover while in my late 50’s, (Thinking back to OTHER flus I’ve had, there’s no WAY I could’ve worked through them) This horrifying, DEADLY “monster” of a virus seems more like an annoying raccoon digging thru my garbage at night.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who remembers that we all HAVE gotten sick before - sometimes worse. It’s a part of life.

If you are young and in good health, catching Covid should be an inconvenience

If you are at risk and old, take the shot

No need for that. The more people get to read about it the better.

The vaccine was never designed to stop the virus.

Tell that to all those who were assured they were fully protected by the shot, were wonderful and caring people, and all those ignorant ones were at risk.

Take ivermectin and zinc immediately upon contracting the virus.

You’ll eradicate the virus in your body quickly, and have the antibodies as a bonus.

Just my humble opinion.

“If you are at risk and old, take the shot”

I am both, old for sure and “at risk”. Theoretically I guess. I got it at Christmas, tired in bed for a week, no where near as sick as I’ve ever been. I will never get the shot. The more at risk I am the riskier it is to participate in what amounts to human trials of an experimental drug, promoted by the same genius telling us Americans are safe in Kabul. No thanks.

I just got over it. At 70, no prior conditions, on the one hand it was the sickest I’ve ever been short of bouts of food poisoning. Extreme fatigue. Mechanistic dreams, no real sleep. Cough. 2-3 bouts with high fever, which in AZ you fix by going outside for 10 minutes & “poof” gone.

But I survived. Lotsa muscle loss. Working on that now.

And NO BLOOD CLOTS.
