Everybody should be entitled to have an opinion outside of work without fear of getting canned. But that does not extend to using your work to promote your opinion unless that is what you were hired to do.

Every time Trump speaks, it drives most Democrats insane, so much so that they actually thought it was a good idea to steal the U.S. Presidential election. Trump practically claimed he's as good a President as Reagan. However, recall that the Reagan Coalition included a lot of Democrats, Reagan easily won twice, and if Reagan were younger (and election laws were different), he probably would have won another one or two Presidential elections. Today, there's a huge vacuum in the Republican Party so-called "leadership."
