Overnight, 12 US Air Force C-17 cargo jets removed 2,000 people from the region - an average of just 160 people per flight, despite the planes being able to carry 600 people - six fewer aircraft than in the previous 24 hours. Since August 14, the US has only removed 7,000 people in total from the region.
Only 300 of those who flew out were American and officials can't give a breakdown of who else was on the planes or whether or not they had the right paperwork to be there.

I have faith they'll get that justice in the next world, with Joe adjudicated there sooner than most. I have less faith in secular courts here. They seem disinclined to issue the 'LGBTQ'-phone or heavy duty hemp verdicts deserved.

C-17 hold 600 passengers? Max capacity with centerline seating pallets and wall seating is 188. Whose feeding this information? Check your sources.

These flights are the lifeboats from a modern day Titanic. It will be interesting to see who has the pull to get out and sadly, who doesn’t.

AND, keeping F18s in the air over Afghanistan is expensive in terms of fuel, aircraft operating hours and manpower.
They need to pack the planes with ppl, and then do the sorting at 30,000 feet! ALLEEEE A-K-k-b-aaa-r!
Now, that they have the planes at the airport, they don’t have the American passengers to fill them, nor will they anytime soon.
Simple fact of the matter is there was little fighting after we took the troops out, Just Afghan army troops agreeing to put down their weapons and walk out of the village. The provinces were falling faster than the Taliban had ability to get to them. That was the logical 11 day scenario that they had to foresee 4 weeks before Kabul fell. No one was defending anything.That was the time, 3-4 weeks before Kabul fell, to get the Americans and translators out. Unfortunately, Biden and that idiot Milley left them out to dry as sacrificial lambs so as not to alarm the Afghan populace.
So F18’s are flying all over the place with great abandonment but not one shoulder to air missile fired? Oh yeh I’ll bet its due the well disciplined Tallybon fighters. 🙄

You're right. I have been watching US & Brit C17’s since this started on ADSB exchange.com coming out of Dubai. They then turning north to transit north through Pakistan.
Once they are a couple of hundred miles inside Paki airspace they turn their transponders off and go dark. Just today noticed a K135 tanker going north which means fighters.
Oddly I have seen Hungarian and Spanish C17’s in the evening (PDT) so we are getting help.
Also there is some occasional US traffic through Iran but not very much.
