Israel’s coronavirus czar Salman Zarka said on Wednesday that Israel is at war with COVID as Israel grapples with a mounting fatality rate.
Israel has confirmed over 120 coronavirus deaths in the past week alone, twice the number of deaths in the entire month of July and over 15 times the number of deaths in the month of June.
Speaking at a hearing of the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee regarding restrictions intended to quell the virus outbreak, Zarka said: “I think that we’re in a real war. We’re in a critical situation until erev Rosh Hashana or chalilah, the coronavirus will prevail and we’ll reach scenarios we don’t want, like during the first or second lockdown.”
“I’m not trying to scare anyone, this is the data,” Zarka said. “Eight people died in June, 52 in July, and now in the middle of August, 203 have already died. We can’t question the situation. This ‘maybe’ means Israeli lives.”
Zarka emphasized that the current restrictions are not enough to reduce the infection rate and he thinks gatherings should be limited to 50 indoors and 100 outdoors but the members of the coronavirus cabinet rejected his recommendation.
“My foremost thoughts in my position is preserving life and I think we need to take additional measures. Right now, this is the cabinet’s decision. We’re adhering to it and therefore my opinion is what we’re presenting here is not enough...”

Based upon the results of the Mayo Clinic study and the plummeting efficacy of the Pfizer vaccine against the Delta variant, maybe they should have used the more effective Moderna vaccine instead of Pfizer’s.
Should be at war with China. They attacked the world.
Check out Dr. Robert Malone and A.D.E.— it is why there has been no mrna vaccine before. It is the only explanation that makes any sense to me at this point.

Current Covid-19 vaccines (either mRNA or viral vectors) are based on the original Wuhan spike sequence. Inasmuch as neutralizing antibodies overwhelm facilitating antibodies, ADE is not a concern. However, the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants may tip the scales in favor of infection enhancement. Our structural and modeling data suggest that it might be indeed the case for Delta variants.
In conclusion, ADE may occur in people receiving vaccines based on the original Wuhan strain spike sequence (either mRNA or viral vectors) and then exposed to a Delta variant. Although this potential risk has been cleverly anticipated before the massive use of Covid-19 vaccines6, the ability of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies to mediate infection enhancement in vivo has never been formally demonstrated. However, although the results obtained so far have been rather reassuring1, to the best of our knowledge ADE of Delta variants has not been specifically assessed. Since our data indicate that Delta variants are especially well recognized by infection enhancing antibodies targeting the NTD, the possibility of ADE should be further investigated as it may represent a potential risk for mass vaccination during the current Delta variant pandemic. In this respect, second generation vaccines7 with spike protein formulations lacking structurally-conserved ADE-related epitopes should be considered.

Good point. There is an incentive to keep prolong the crisis
I'm no expert but this was predictable. Because Israel tried to vaccinate themselves out of the pandemic, in the middle of the pandemic. That's considered a big no-no in the virology and immunology business.
It causes Antibody-Dependent Enhancement (ADE). ADE occurs when the antibodies generated during an immune response recognize and bind to a pathogen, but they are unable to prevent infection. Instead, these antibodies act as a “Trojan horse,” allowing the pathogen to get into cells and exacerbate the immune response. The problem becomes worse, not better.
In laymen's terms, trying to mass vaccinate a population in the middle of a pandemic, creates mutations and variants which are more lethal than the original virus and for which the vaccinations are ineffective and turns your own immune system against you.
Israel did what most states and countries did. They listened to politicians and bureaucrats instead of scientists and doctors in the field.
