National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said Tuesday that a "fair amount" of U.S. weaponry had fallen into the hands of the Taliban since the hard-line Islamic militant group's rapid takeover Afghanistan in recent days.
During a White House press briefing, Sullivan was ask what will happen with the billions of dollars in equipment, including guns, ammunition, helicopters, and more, given to the Afghanistan government ....

If my now retired military husband had ever lost so much as one piece of military equipment on his watch — a helmet, a gun — it would be coming out of his paycheck the next day and he’d be marked down as far as his career goes, if not booted out eventually.

Watching the evening news you’d never know the Tallyban had any American equipment as video footage is still showing only the small pick up trucks carrying 5 or 6 terrorists thru the streets, no humvees, no APCs or other large equipment. If I were tallyban and has access to American heavy weapons and transport I’d make damn sure that stuff was in front of every tv crew and camera I could find.

I’d guess it belonged to the ANA and we planned to leave it there for them to use.

Since Biden expected the eventual Taliban victory, Biden was aware that equipment would fall into the Taliban’s hands.
How is this not providing aid and comfort to the enemy?
